CESG02 – Series

CESG02-The Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator (Model CESG02) is a timer-controlled centralized lubrication system delivering flexible operation and reliable performance. The electrical control box features a built-in buzzer for low-oil level alerts and displays operation(ACT) and interval(INT) indicators. CESG02 can store operation and interval time settings, and operates in two modes: turn-on-feeding and turn-on-interval. The turn-on-interval mode includes a memory function to prevent over-lubrication after power interruptions. For enhanced monitoring, CESG02 incorporates a pressure gauge to display operating pressure and an NC contact float switch to automatically detect low oil level. A feed-oil button allows for manual lubrication, and a thermal control protects the motor from overheating. Additionally, an optional 1kgf/cm2 socket pressure switch can be added for automatic pressure detection.

1. CESG02 has a timer that controls its operation and interval time. The control box has a built-in buzzer that sends an alarm sound when the oil level is low. The control box also has two indicators, operation (ACT), and interval (INT).
2. CESG02 can memorize the set value of operation time and interval time.
3. There are two operation modes after the power of CESG02 is on. The standard mode is turn-on-feeding.
● Turn-on-feeding: Operation time starts first after the power is on.
● Turn-on-interval: Interval time starts first after the power is on.

6. CESG02 has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
7. CESG02 has a NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
8. CESG02 has a feed-oil button (F button), which can be used as manual oil feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
9. CESG02 has a thermal control that shuts down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
10. A 1kgf/cm2 socket pressure switch can be added to CESG02 on request to detect the operating pressure automatically.
