PNA – Series

PNA-The Resistance Type Pneumatic Lubricator (Model PNA) is a pneumatically actuated centralized lubrication system that delivers intermittent oil discharge through a solenoid valve. The pneumatic pressure regulates the output pressure, requiring a range of 4-8 kgf/cm2 and at least 5 seconds above ON/OFF time. To support accurate monitoring and maintenance, PNA includes a pressure gauge to display operating pressure and an NC contact float switch to automatically detect low oil level. An oil volume adjuster allows for precise control of discharge volume. Additionally, PNA can be customized with a 1kgf/cm2 socket pressure switch for automatic pressure detection, a magnetic filter for oil cleanliness, and a partition for oil tank separation and contamination prevention. These options are available for specific oil tank sizes: magnetic filters for 3L and larger tanks, and partitions for 3L, 4L resin, and 8L iron tanks.

1.PNA is actuated pneumatically by a solenoid valve to discharge oil intermittently. The pneumatic pressure supply controls the output pressure of PNA.
2.PNA requires a 4-8 kgf/cm2 pneumatic pressure supply and 5 seconds above the ON/OFF time of the solenoid valve to work functionally.
3.PNA has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
4.PNA has an NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
5.PNA has an oil volume adjuster that enables the user to adjust the discharge volume upon demand.
6.A 1kgf/cm2 socket pressure switch can be added to PNA on request to detect the operating pressure automatically.
7.A magnetic filter and a partition can be added to PNA on request to filter the oil that returns to the oil tank through the cyclic inlet.
● 3L oil tank and above can add a magnetic filter.
● 3L, 4L resin oil tanks, and 8L iron oil tanks can add a partition.
