CESH – Series

CESH-The Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator (Model CESH) offers precise control over lubrication intervals. With a fixed 10-second operation time and adjustable interval times set via the electrical control box, while lubrication intervals can be adjusted by the time adjuster on the electrical control box to meet different machine requirements. The electrical control box also displays operation (ACT) and interval (INT) indicators. After powering on, CESH operates in standard turn-on-interval mode, where the interval time starts first. However, it also supports a turn-on-feeding mode, where the operation time begins immediately. The turn-on-interval mode includes a memory function to prevent over-lubrication after power interruptions. For safety and efficiency, CESH includes an NC contact float switch and a buzzer to monitor oil levels and trigger an alarm when oil level is low. A feed-oil button allows for manual lubrication, and a thermal control protects the motor from overheating.

1.The operation time of CESH is 10 seconds. Users can set the interval time by the time adjuster on the control box. There are operation (ACT) and interval (INT) indicators on the control box.
2.There are two operation modes after the power of CESH is on. The standard mode is turn-on-interval.
● Turn-on-feeding: Operation time starts first after the power is on.
● Turn-on-interval: Interval time starts first after the power is on.
3.Turn-on-interval model has a memory function. If the power is suddenly off during the interval time, 4.CESH will continue to operate from the remaining interval time after restarting, which can effectively avoid over-lubrication.
5.CESH has a NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
6.CESH has a buzzer that sends an alarm sound when the oil level is low.
CESH has a feed-oil button (F button), which can be used as manual oil feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
7.CESH has a thermal control that shuts down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
